If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of products purchased from
MariposaHill in their original brand new condition, including intact tags and packaging, within 30 days of the ship date (or 30 days after gift event for gifts).
Clothing, Blankets, Stuffed Animal(s), Plush Toy(s) & Intimate Apparel:
Must be unwashed, unworn and unused condition, free of perfume, cigarette smoke, deodorant, and pet dander.
Please take the following precautions to ensure that we can accept intimate apparel back:
• By law, underwear cannot be returned once worn or tried on, unless tried on over your own underwear
• Soiled with perfume, deodorant, cigarette smoke or breast milk cannot be accepted
Your item comes with specific care instructions, and we cannot be responsible for items damaged due to not following these instructions.
In the event an item is returned in a condition where it cannot be resold may be rejected.
We do not accept returns of used bottles, open/used nipple sets, teethers or toothbrushes
Gift Returns: Accepted after 30 days after the ship date or the gift event. Christmas gifts accepted through January 25th
Exchanges & Processing: An exchange form including a Return Authorization Number issued by MariposaHill will be provided upon request. Please allow 5-7 business days processing time after we receive your returned item. We will credit against the original payment method used to make the purchase or issue a store credit. We will refund your entire purchase price, excluding any shipping fees or gift-wrap.
Restocking Fee: Car seat and Strollers will incur a 25% restocking fee. All original packaging should be included with return. Only no wear on stroller wheels will be accepted.
Return Shipping: Customers will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to MariposaHill unless there was an error with packaging and/or shipping.
Damaged Shipments/Missing Items:
PRIOR TO ALL PACKAGES RELEASED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE THEY ARE ALL INSPECTED & THE SHIPPING PROCESS IS RECORDED. We try our best to make sure shipments arrive quickly and undamaged. However, occasionally an item may have a defect or become damaged during shipping. If this is the case, we will make every effort to ensure your happiness with your purchase.
To report a manufacturer defect or shipping damage, send an e-mail to
email@example.com or call toll free 1-888-876-2327 with your name, order number, product name and type of damage to the item. In the case of shipping damage or missing item, you must retain the shipping box, the items and all packing material for inspection as part of the claim process. Please note that certain items will be handled directly by the manufacturer in replacement of parts.
Please report any missing items immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org. While we have procedures in place to ensure the highest level of quality control, human error sometimes does occur, and we apologize if that is the case. We will follow up with you via email.
In order to return an item for reasons other than a manufacturer defect or shipping damage please visit our return policy.
Back Orders: You will be notified via email if any of the items you ordered are out of stock. In stock items are shipped separately unless we are given instruction to hold the order and ship together. Back-ordered items are sent as soon as the
