Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our top priority


In-Stock Items:


If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the products within thirty (30) days of receipt for a refund or exchange for the items(s). Items purchased during the Holiday Season (November 1 13 December 25th) will have until January 31st of the following year to either exchange or return any items. Refund or exchange credit excludes original shipping / packaging fees as well as gift wrap charges. Shipping fees on the return shipment are the customer's responsibility unless prior arrangements have been made with MariposaHill.com customer service department.

All returned items must still be in their original selling condition with all original tags attached. Items also need to be free of dirt and debris (including pet dander). In the event an item is returned in a condition where it can not be resold, the order will be sent back to you and additional shipping charges will apply.

Orders with free shipping, there will be a $7.95 shipping / handling /restocking fee deducted from the total amount credited.

Drop-Ship Items:



Items Delivered Incomplete or with Defects
If your item arrives directly from the manufacturer and is either missing parts or is defective please contact the manufacturer directly as many drop ship products are covered under a manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer will work with you to determine whether they need to send replacement parts or replace the item.

Returns
Drop ship items are special orders and incur a restocking fee of 25% for reasons other than manufacture defect. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the products within thirty (30) days of receipt for a refund or exchange for the items(s). Refund or exchange credit excludes original shipping charges.

Please note that all returned merchandise must be in the original selling condition, in its original carton with all packing materials, tags, manuals, and registration cards.. Items also need to be free of dirt and debris (including pet dander). Bedding and Personalized Items:



Custom orders include (but are not limited to) bedding and all personalized or monogrammed items. If you are at all uncertain if what you are ordering is considered custom, please contact us to verify. You have up to 2 business days from the date the order was placed to cancel a custom order and to have the amount refunded to your credit card. After 2 days custom orders are non-refundable. Upon delivery, please take time to inspect all shipped items carefully for any defects or damage that may have occurred in transit and contact us immediately. Claims against damaged items must be made within 3 business days of delivery. Unfortunately,claims made after the 3 business day window will not be accepted and are unable to be returned.


If for any reason your custom piece does not arrive with the specifications that you selected when ordering, Mariposahill.com reserves the right to have the item or items replaced and reshipped at no additional charge to you. You should contact us immediately if this occurs so that we can get the replacement in the works as soon as possible.


Mariposahill.com does everything possible to assure a smooth and prompt delivery of your custom items. However, be aware and consider that there are circumstances out of our control that may arise and result in a delay in the production or delivery of your items. We do our best to give accurate lead times for each manufacturer but estimated lead times are not a guarantee of a specific delivery date. We welcome your inquiries as the estimated delivery time approaches and we can follow up to give you a more specific idea of your ship date at that time.

MariposaHill.com offers flat rate shipping fee of $6.95 to most destinations. P.O Boxes, APO and FPO (military addresses) are a flat rate of $7.95. Standard shipping orders are sent either via US Postal Service or Fed-ex Ground delivery depending on the size and weight of the package. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within three to five business days from the actual ship date.

MariposaHill.com is not responsible to delivery delays due to inclement weather or orders that are held by Amazon.com for various reasons.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available to most destinations and are most often sent via Fed-ex 2 Day Service. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive two business days from the actual ship date. Rates are determined by the size/weight of the package. Please feel free to inquire for an accurate shipping quote.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to most countries. Rates are determined by the size/weight of the package plus a $5 handling fee. Most international orders are sent via US Postal Service 1st class Mail. If International Express shipping is needed or for a shipping quote please contact support2009@mariposahill.com

  • Due to policies of foreign counties delivery times vary and can not be guaranteed.
  • Gift packaging is not recommended for international shipments due to Customs Clearance and inspection.
  • Duties/taxes/importation fees may be applicable to your order and are levied upon arrival into your country. All fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Oversized Items

A: Yes, we have a flat rate of $6.95 per gift box for almost all purchases. We use color coordinated tissue, gift boxes made of post consumer recycled content, and colorful ribbon to top it off. A personalized gift card is included with this service. Very large oversize items can not be sent gift wrapped.
