Valco Baby introduces a light weight (under 30 lbs.) full service stroller for two. This is a perfect stroller for getting around with two children. Both seats recline fully for an infant, sit upright for a toddler and you can put a car seat adapter on one side. The Latitude is nice and light but doesn't compromise on function.
